About The Team

We are looking for a Platform Ops Specialist to support enforcement operations, quality assurance and cross-functional projects. This role involves handling appeals, investigating policy-related cases, conducting quality reviews, supporting operational initiatives and driving continuous improvements to enhance platform integrity and operational excellence.

Job Description

  • Review and manage appeals related to enforcement actions and support category classification projects to improve model accuracy and decision quality.
  • Investigate and resolve review/rating removal requests and abusive chat reports in accordance with platform policies.
  • Conduct quality audits, provide coaching and feedback to agents, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Triage operational issues and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution.
  • Support category migration exercises and day-to-day operational requests from local and regional stakeholders.
  • Assist in identifying policy gaps, process inefficiencies and opportunities for automation and scalability.
  • Participate in local and regional projects, process enhancement initiatives, and operational optimization efforts.
  • Prepare reports and provide insights on trends, risks, and operational performance to support decision-making.

Requirements

  • Fast learner and a good communicator in English both verbal and written as the role involves supporting the SG market and collaborating with regional stakeholders.
  • Effective communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams to address issues and complaints
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
  • Adaptable and able to manage changing priorities while maintaining accuracy in a fast-paced operational environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify root causes and propose practical solutions proactively.
  • Good organizational and time management skills, capable of handling multiple tasks and meeting deadlines effectively.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to perform repetitive tasks consistently while maintaining a high standard of quality.
  • Self-motivated, eager to learn, and comfortable working independently as well as in a team environment.
  • Experience in e-commerce related fields is an advantage
