Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Litigation Associate role based in Bandar Baru Bangi. The Litigation Associate will handle a range of dispute resolution matters, including drafting pleadings, affidavits, and other court documents. Daily responsibilities include conducting legal research, preparing legal opinions, managing case files, and assisting in strategy development for ongoing matters. The role involves attending court hearings, case management sessions, and trials, as well as supporting senior lawyers in negotiations and client meetings.

The Litigation Associate will also liaise with clients, courts, and external parties to ensure timely progress of cases and high standards of professional conduct.

Qualifications

• LLB (Hons.) from a recognized University.
• 1-3 years PQE.
• Possess a valid PC.
• Demonstrated ability to conduct thorough legal research and prepare court documents.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
• Strong analytical thinking, time management, and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple matters concurrently.
• Professional integrity, teamwork orientation, and willingness to learn from feedback and mentoring.
• Comfortable working on-site in a fast-paced legal environment and engaging directly with clients and stakeholders.
