Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Kuala Lumpur for a Litigation Lawyer. The role involves managing and handling litigation cases, providing legal advice, preparing legal documents, representing clients in court proceedings, and negotiating settlements. The Litigation Lawyer will collaborate with clients and other professionals to address complex legal issues and achieve favorable outcomes efficiently.
Qualifications
- Preferably minimum 1 year PQE
- Proficiency in Law, including a strong understanding of legal frameworks and procedures
- Experience in providing Legal Advice and handling Legal Issues
- Knowledge of court processes
- Expertise in Negotiation
- Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent oral and written communication abilities
- A law degree and admission to the Malaysian Bar
- Previous experience in litigation or dispute resolution is an advantage
