Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Shah Alam for a Live Host specializing in automotive parts and services. The Live Host will create engaging, interactive, and informative live streaming sessions to showcase our automotive product offerings. The role includes educating viewers on product features, responding to customer inquiries in real-time, promoting sales, and maintaining a professional and approachable presence during live events. Additionally, the Live Host will collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to plan and execute effective live sessions that align with company goals.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage effectively with a live audience and handle real-time inquiries.
• Experience in Sales and the ability to promote products with enthusiasm and expert knowledge.
• Training or experience in public speaking or presentation skills is a plus.
• Ability to learn quickly about automotive parts and apply insights during live sessions.
• Ability to work effectively in an on-site environment and collaborate within a team.
• Fluency in multiple languages is an advantage.
• Prior experience in live hosting, content creation, or social media engagement is a bonus.
