MBG Fruits is looking for a Live Host cum Content Creator to represent our brand. You will be responsible for hosting engaging live sessions, promoting our products in an interactive manner, and producing creative content to boost brand awareness. This role combines on-camera confidence with content creation skills to boost brand visibility, sales, and customer engagement on social media platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct live selling sessions on assigned e-commerce platforms as per the scheduled timetable.
- Present products in an engaging, persuasive, and professional manner to drive sales.
- Interact with viewers during live sessions, answer inquiries, and encourage purchases.
- Prepare product information, key selling points, and promotional highlights before each live session.
- Assist as a backend administrator during scheduled times by monitoring live session performance.
- Report to the E-commerce Admin Officer regarding low stock levels promptly.
- Set flash sale prices on platforms according to approvals given by the Team Leader.
- Set up the live streaming studio daily, ensuring equipment, lighting, and product displays are ready.
- Plan, create, and edit creative video content for social media.
- Write catchy captions and assist in posting regularly on company social media channels.
- Collaborate with the marketing and e-commerce teams to improve live selling strategies.
Requirements:
- Strong communication and customer service skills to engage with online audiences and address inquiries effectively.
- Proactive, enthusiastic attitude with the ability to build rapport and maintain audience interest.
- Familiarity with live-streaming platforms and promotional strategies is advantageous.
- Creative in content ideas, basic knowledge of photo/video editing tools is a plus.
