About the Role
We're looking for a dynamic, charismatic, and sales-driven TikTok Live Host to be the face of our brand in real-time. You will host engaging live shopping sessions, connect authentically with our community, drive sales through compelling storytelling, and play a key role in growing our digital revenue. Key Responsibilities
1. Live Hosting & Sales Performance
- Host energetic, entertaining, and conversion-focused TikTok Live sessions.
- Present products with enthusiasm, demonstrating features, benefits, and styling.
- Engage with viewers in real-time, answering questions and building rapport to drive purchase decisions.
- Achieve and exceed weekly/monthly sales targets during live sessions.
2. Content & Promotion
- Create 12 promotional clips per week (e.g., teasers, behind-the-scenes, countdowns) to build hype for upcoming lives.
- Announce special promotions, flash sales, or exclusive live-only deals effectively.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align live themes with ongoing campaigns.
3. Live Operations & Inventory Management
- Prepare and manage the live product lineup and inventory visibility.
- Ensure accurate stock updates and coordinate with the logistics/e-commerce team to avoid overselling.
- Monitor live comments and moderate to maintain a positive community atmosphere.
4. Analysis & Optimization
- Compile post-live insights, including viewer metrics, sales data, and engagement peaks.
- Provide weekly reports and suggest improvements for future live sessions.
- Test and iterate on hosting techniques, promo styles, and interaction strategies.
5. Cross-Department Collaboration
- Work closely with Marketing to align live content with brand campaigns.
- Coordinate with E-commerce on product availability, promotions, and post-live order tracking.
- Liaise with Content Creators for cohesive social media storytelling.
Requirements
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Malay.
- Additional languages such as Mandarin or Tamil are a strong advantage.
- Comfortable and confident on live video, with an engaging and relatable on-screen presence.
- Basic understanding of TikTok Live features, trends, and community engagement tactics.
- Sales-driven mindset with the ability to persuade and close viewers in real-time.
- Fresh graduates with a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
- Previous experience in live hosting, customer service, or social media sales is a big plus.
