Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Live Host (TikTok/Shopee) based in Glenmarie, Shah Alam. The Live Host will be responsible for hosting live streams on TikTok and Shopee platforms to showcase products, engage with audiences, answer questions, and promote sales. The role also involves preparing and presenting product demonstrations, developing engaging scripts, maintaining an energetic and engaging presence during broadcasts, and analyzing audience feedback to improve future live sessions. Collaboration with the marketing and sales teams to align live stream content with business goals is also required.

Qualifications

• Sales driven personality and mindset
• Prior experience in hosting or live streaming on e-commerce platforms is a plus
• A passion for coffee, tea, coffee machines and coffee tools, with the ability to engage viewers and convey excitement
• Strong communication and presentation skills tailored to virtual audience
• Ability to connect with a diverse audience in a live streaming environment
• Understanding of e-commerce platforms and live streaming trends
• Able to analyse the data of each live streaming session for further improvement
• Comfortable in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Prepare weekly report/tracker to ecommerce team to discuss on further improvement
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to continually enhance viewer experience
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Melayu are required, with proficiency in Mandarin as a bonus
• Able to work on a shift basis when requested (non-standard hours, including night shifts, festive season, Double Digit and Payday)
