Role Description
Live Streaming Account Management:
● Oversee the day-to-day operations of live streaming accounts.
● Schedule live streaming sessions and ensure timely execution.
● Coordinate with live streaming hosts to plan and prepare content.
● Monitor live streaming for quality and compliance with company standards.
Revenue and Performance Responsibility:
● Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) for live streaming.
● Develop and implement strategies to increase viewership and engagement.
● Optimize content and promotional activities to drive revenue growth.
● Conduct performance reviews and generate reports for management.
Operational Support:
● Assist the Operations Manager in planning and coordinating live streaming campaigns.
● Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to align live streaming activities with overall business goals.
● Ensure proper setup and functionality of live streaming equipment and software.
Administrative Tasks:
● Maintain accurate records of live streaming schedules and performance metrics
● Handle logistics and coordination for special events or promotions.
● Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to live streaming.
Qualifications
● Diploma or Bachelor degree in Marketing, Mass Communications, or related field.
● Proven experience in e-commerce operations, live streaming, or digital marketing.
● Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
● Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
● Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
● Proficiency in live streaming software and tools.
● Proficiency in Chinese language will be an advantage in order to deal with stakeholders from China.
● Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet right deadlines.
