We're Hiring: Live-Streaming Operations Manager

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Live-Streaming Operations Manager to support and enhance our TikTok live-streaming operations across multiple regions.

What You'll Do:

Oversee scheduling, execution, and technical coordination for regional live streams

Provide real-time support to hosts during broadcasts

Monitor and analyze performance metrics to drive improvements

Collaborate on scriptwriting, product briefings, and content planning

Ensure content quality, compliance, and alignment with nationwide targets

What We're Looking For:

Minimum 2 years experience in e-commerce, live streaming, or content operations

Proficiency in Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia

Familiarity with TikTok, Douyin, Xiaohongshu, or similar platforms

Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills

Ability to work across multiple regions
