Role Description
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets within the livestock segment.
- Promote and sell veterinary pharmaceuticals, supplements, and farm-related solutions to farms, and distributors
- Build and maintain strong relationships with farmers, farm managers, veterinarians, and business partners
- Identify new market opportunities and expand customer base within the livestock industry
- Provide product knowledge, basic technical advice, and on-site support related to animal health, nutrition, and farm management
- Conduct regular farm visits and follow-ups with customers to ensure product performance and satisfaction
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback within the livestock sector
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and updates for management
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, logistics, and operations) to ensure smooth order fulfillment and product availability
- Participate in farm visits, industry events, exhibitions, and product launches when required
Qualifications
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Willing and able to travel frequently, including outstation and rural farm locations
- Possess a valid driving license
- Able to conduct farm visits, product demonstrations, and on-site support
- Good organizational and reporting skills (sales reports, forecasts, and customer tracking)
