Livestream Operations Producer

The Marketing Team at Shopee Brazil is looking for a professional who is passionate about livestream

operations. The Livestream Production Operations will be under the Brand Team and be responsible for

coordinating pre-production to post-production day-to-day lives on Shopee app and support the sellers

livestream ecosystem at Shopee Marketing Team aligned with the business objectives.

What will your day-to-day be like

â- Responsible for managing Livestream back-end related matters together with the OPs MKT

Team (e.g. streamer management, vouchers upload, banners set-up, etc.)

â- Direct lives when necessary or coordinate the third-party production company

â- Generate creatives and collaterals for ad-hoc Livestream requests

â- Production of lives artwork, uploading and supervising during the livestreams

â- Working with IT and Ops staff on the maintenance of the studio, controlling the switcher room and

post-production hardware and software

â- Work closely with the development & product team to bring feature improvements to life and

support on other projects

â- Support livestream scripts to understand the needs and dynamics of the broadcasting

â- Track KPI's and communicate results together with Analytics team

Requirements:

â- Experience in eCommerce/ Live streaming/ Multi-Channel Network (MCN)/ OTT or related

industries is a plus.

â- Be a videomaker and passionate about livestream is a plus

â- Able to work in a fast-pace working environment under tight deadline.

â- Logical thinking and strong problem solving skills

â- Positive working attitude and a strong team player
