Are you obsessed with the fast-paced world of social commerce Do you know what it takes to make a livestream look flawless, engaging, and high-energy We are looking for a Live Host Moderator / Operations Specialist to be the mastermind behind the camera!

In this role, you won't just be pushing buttons—you will be the director of the show. You will manage the technical flow, coordinate with our on-screen talent, and optimize live features on TikTok Shop and Shopee to drive massive engagement. If you love the thrill of live production and want to shape the future of E-commerce (especially in the exciting beauty and skincare space!), we want you on our team.

What You'll Do (Responsibilities)

1. Direct the Show: Manage and operate TikTok and Shopee LIVE sessions to ensure smooth, professional, and high-quality livestream execution.

2. ⁠Master the Tech: Control camera angles, product close-ups, audio, lighting, and livestream equipment throughout the session.

3. ⁠Co-Pilot the Host: Coordinate closely with the LIVE Host by providing real-time cues, monitoring the stream flow, and ensuring seamless transitions.

4. ⁠Drive Sales & Features: Manage product pinning, promotional banners, flash vouchers, and interactive LIVE features mid-stream to maximize conversion.

5. ⁠Troubleshoot on the Fly: Monitor stream performance, safeguard against technical glitches, and resolve disruptions calmly and quickly.

6. ⁠Engage the Community: Support audience engagement by monitoring live comments, highlighting key questions, moderating trolls, and boosting the room's energy.

7. ⁠Prep & Analyze: Set up and test all equipment and internet connections before going live, and assist in post-LIVE reporting to brainstorm ways to crush the next session.

Who We Are Looking For (Requirements)

1. Tech-Savvy & Adaptable: Familiar with TikTok and ShopeeLIVE operations and possesses a strong basic understanding of camera work, lighting, and audio setups.

2. ⁠Fast & Focused: Ability to multitask and thrive under the high-energy, fast-paced environment of live broadcasting.

3. ⁠A Problem Solver: Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to stay cool, calm, and collected if technical hiccups occur.

4. ⁠A Great Communicator: Excellent coordination skills to work hand-in-hand with hosts and the wider marketing/operations teams.

5. ⁠Organized: Highly detail-oriented and responsible—because in a live stream, every second counts!

Bonus Points If You Have:

1. Hands-on experience with OBS Studio, video switchers, or audio mixers.

2. ⁠A deep understanding of e-commerce algorithms, sales mechanics, and audience engagement hacks.

3. ⁠A background in video production, broadcasting, or live event management.

4. ⁠A passion for the beauty and skincare industry.

5.Must be able to start within 30-45 days.
