Livestream Production Intern

The Livestream Production Intern will support livestream production across platforms like Shopee Live and TikTok Live, assisting with equipment setup, live operations, and basic troubleshooting under guidance. This role offers hands-on experience working on real projects while developing skills in broadcast operations and platform standards within Samsung brand guidelines under Cheil.

Job Descriptions:

• Assist with livestream production setup and technical support (with senior guidance).

• Help prep and check gear: cameras, audio, encoders, and PC setup.

• Support Shopee/TikTok live operations (setup, monitoring, basic controls).

• Troubleshoot simple issues and escalate when needed.

• Work closely with the team to ensure smooth livestream execution.

• Provide support in the production of TVC, KV, digital assets and simple illustrations etc.

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma or Degree in Broadcast Communication, Media Studies, Multimedia, or a related field.

• Basic understanding of live streaming, video/audio setup, or production workflows.

• Hands-on experience with Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator; After Effects or Premiere Pro is a bonus.

• Good attention to detail, willingness to learn, and comfortable handling technical equipment.

• Able to troubleshoot basic issues and stay calm in fast-paced live environments.

• Available for flexible hours (including evenings/weekends if live events require).

• Portfolio (school or personal projects) is preferred.

• Ideally available for a 6-month internship.
