About the team
The Livestream Operations team drives the growth and efficiency of live commerce on the TikTok E-commerce Platform (TTS) in the Malaysian market through in-depth live strategy planning, data diagnostics, and innovative mechanism exploration.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for breaking down core objectives of live commerce in the Malaysian market, managing market/regional meeting updates on indicator attainment, and conducting attribution analysis
- Familiar with market and industry trends, leveraging data analysis, industry research, and other methods to establish live operation methodologies, identifying business opportunities and challenges
- Promote creator activity and quality improvement through specialized initiatives, policy management, and event efficiency optimization to enhance live commerce operating profits
- Partner with the mid-platform team to lead cross-department collaboration, mobilizing resources and support to ensure efficient execution from project design to implementation
- Collaborate with other functional teams to advance governance, product, and data team capabilities, supporting the long-term development of the live creator ecosystem.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or above, with experience in e-commerce operations, knowledge of products/algorithms and good understanding of MY market would be an added advantage
- Strategy output based on data analysis, with strong cross-department communication and project management skills
- Project management experience, capable of independently handling key business indicators with strong execution to drive results
Preferred Qualifications:
- Global vision, structured and organized, with full-process management experience across various project scales (including planning, opportunity/problem identification, risk management, and process optimization)
- Strong communication and cross-department collaboration skills, highly adaptable, quick learner, highly motivated, able to thrive in a fast-paced work environment
