Conduct market research, competitor analysis and product feasibility study to identify new loan product opportunities
Design and develop new retail sustainable/ Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) financing products to grow the Bank's sustainable financing portfolio
Review and enhance Bank's existing loan packages in order to remain competitive in the industry in accordance with current market offering and Bank's direction
Ensure loan product materials are in compliance with regulatory/internal standards
Support and manage initiatives with third party platforms and strategic partners from time to time
Requirements
At least 3 years of related experience in loan product development preferably in banking / finance industry
Strong analytical, creative thinking and project management skills
