CSL Mortgage Specialist

How you succeed

To excel in this role, you'll need to understand our customers needs and desires. You'll work closely with them to identify the right mortgage products and services that meet their goals. Building strong relationships and providing exceptional after-sales service will be key to your success. You'll also need to stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity to maximize sales opportunities.

What you do

Your Day-to-day Tasks Will Include

  • Managing referrals from alliance partners and referral agents
  • Planning sales visits and presenting mortgage solutions to potential customers
  • Building and expanding your network of referrers, customers, and potential customers
  • Managing your time effectively to meet sales targets and deadlines
  • Providing excellent after-sales service to ensure customer satisfaction

Who you are

  • A degree or diploma in a relevant field is desirable, but not required
  • 2-3 years of experience in banking and financial services, preferably in mortgage sales
  • You're a self-motivated and results-driven individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment
  • You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
  • You're resilient, adaptable, and able to work under pressure to meet sales targets
