In this Role, you'll get to
- Leverage company protocols and appropriate tools to assist the local business team, delivering frontline business support to our global accommodation partners.
- Stay abreast of corporate strategy shifts and continuously update business knowledge.
- Address partner needs related to Trip.com system operations via phone, email, or online chat, directly engaging with customers when necessary.
- Advocate for Trip.com's hotel management system to partner hotels.
- Collaborate with other departments to enhance overall satisfaction among partners.
- Undertake ad-hoc tasks as assigned by management.
- Manage business inquiries from Trip.com's global accommodation partners, showcasing strong logical reasoning, business English proficiency, exceptional service orientation, and teamwork capabilities.
- Utilize Excel and other office software to organize data, and swiftly adapt to new tools and systems.
- Support internal quality assurance efforts and streamline team processes.
What you'll Need to Succeed
- Bachelor's or higher, with proficiency in Indonesian & English for daily communication.
- Strong service orientation, professional dedication, learning agility, positive attitude, and resilience under pressure.
- Excellent teamwork skills and adaptability to shift work.
- Prior experience in starred hotels, airline ticketing, or call centers is preferred.
- English resume submission is highly encouraged.
