Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for optimizing daily transport routes.
• Coordinating the movement of goods.
• Managing driver schedules.
• Ensuring all logistics operations are cost-efficient and compliant with regulations.
• Monitor live transport operations, track delivery progress (often using GPS or TMS), and respond proactively to any service issues, delays, or discrepancies during delivery.
• Handle all transport-related documentation, including load plans, delivery orders (DOs), and proof of deliveries (PODs), ensuring accuracy and compliance with customs and customer requirements.
• Working closely with warehouse and customer service teams to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• A Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is typically required.
• 1-3 years of experience in route planning, transport scheduling, or logistics coordination, preferably within the logistics or haulage sectors.
• Proficiency in Transport Management Systems (TMS), GPS tracking tools, and standard computer software (e.g., Microsoft Office) is essential.
• Willing to work in Seksyen 23, Shah Alam
