Job Description

The Logistics Executive is responsible for managing end-to-end logistics documentation, system transactions, and compliance processes. This role ensures accurate Goods Receipt (GR), costing submissions, and inventory control while supporting warehouse operations and regulatory requirements.

A Taste of What You'll Be Doing

1. Goods Receipt (GR), Credit Note & Invoice Processing

(Inbound / Outbound / Warehouse / Cleaning / Fumigation / Incoming Pallet / Scrap / External Portal / Government-related services)- average 80-100 invoices

  • Perform Goods Receipt (GR) transactions accurately in the system
  • Process Credit Note (CN) transactions when required
  • Maintain and update GR records and monthly summary reports
  • Ensure all supporting documents are complete prior to Finance submission
  • Process cancellation or reversal of GR entries
  • Monitor and maintain updated PO balances and committed amounts

2. Write-Off Application (Scrap Management)

  • Prepare and track scrap/write-off applications for warehouse items
  • Raise scrap forms via APPS Write-Off System (Finished Goods – FG)
  • Upload all required supporting documents for approval
  • Monitor approval status and follow up via email notifications

3. Costing Application (MITI / DagangNet)

  • Liaise with stakeholders for SKU costing, cost breakdown, and renewal requests
  • Submit costing applications through DagangNet portal
  • Perform duplicate submissions when required (e.g., Thailand shipments)
  • Track application status (Approved / Queried) and handle resubmissions
  • Perform yearly update of business license (PBT) in DagangNet

4. AWSC Updates (ATIGA Compliance)

  • Update AWSC listing upon approval of MITI cost analysis
  • Prepare and submit quarterly AWSC self-reporting

5. Certificate Processing (MICECA)

  • Generate Form I using MICECA calculation template upon approval

6. Reporting & Documentation

  • Prepare and maintain monthly accrual reports
  • Ensure proper documentation filing and record management for audit purposes

7. Warehouse Operations

  • Involve in warehouse operations such as stock count and audits
  • Ensure compliance with operational procedures and documentation standards
  • Verify and monitor manual Delivery Orders (DO)

We're Looking for Someone With

  • This position requires the applicant who is tertiary educated in a manufacturing or other supply chain operations discipline
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complexity coupled with strong problem solving, negotiating, and decision making skills.
  • Strong knowledge of manufacturing within a FMCG operation
  • Strong people management is required coupled with the ability to work cross functionally across the organization.
  • Ability to communicate and influence at all levels of the organization
