Ensure accuracy of purchase price, quantity, and on-time shipment in accordance with demand requirements.
Support inbound goods flow coordination with WGO team and freight forwarders.
Handle and maintain proper filing of import/local documentation and declarations for customs clearance in compliance with government regulations and company policies.
Assist in shipment clearance processes with customs brokers and/or forwarders to ensure timely release of goods.
Coordinate trucking arrangements to warehouse before Last Free Day to avoid port storage, demurrage, and detention charges.
Ensure timely and accurate SAP inventory updates, including recording of inbound transactions and landed cost accruals.
Support shipment claims processing as required.
Assist in verifying and processing logistics provider invoices for payment approval.
Support execution of logistics contracts and ensure compliance with agreed service terms.
Monitor shipment status, in-transit inventory, and assist in order fulfilment tracking.
Assist in identifying slow-moving and obsolete stock (SLOB) and escalate to relevant stakeholders.
Support stock reconciliation between SAP and 3PL systems and highlight discrepancies.
Act as a coordination point between Sales, WGO team, and logistics service providers for inbound shipment updates and issue resolution.
Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance process efficiency and cost control.
Assist in preparing logistics reports with accurate and timely data submission.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field; or equivalent working experience in logistics operations.
Minimum 1–3 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or FMCG inbound operations.
Familiar with import/export processes, customs clearance, and warehouse operations.
Basic knowledge of SAP, Warehouse Management System (WMS), and Transport Management System (TMS) is an advantage.
Strong Microsoft Excel and data handling skills.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Able to work independently and handle operational tasks under tight timelines.
Good communication and coordination skills with internal and external stakeholders.
Proactive, responsible, and willing to learn in a fast-paced environment.
