Job Description

Job Responsibility

Oversee parcel collection operations across Malaysia, providing guidance and feedback on their execution.
Calculate parcel collection costs and allocate orders to the most cost-effective collection methods.
Monitor parcel collection tasks and ensure the timely departure of shuttle buses to prevent transit issues and delays.
Analyse operational anomalies, identify potential problems, and collaborate with various departments to propose improvement plans.
Participate in system upgrades and iterations related to parcel collection operations.
Liaise with the PMD department to coordinate and communicate with customers.
Develop emergency plans to meet customer collection needs.
Build and nurture the teams talent pipeline.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 1-3 years of QAQC experience in related background (Quality Management, Supply Chain & Logistic) are welcomed to apply
Having excellent MS Office skills (Excel and PowerPoint)
Proficient in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia.
We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients
Energetic, determined and highly capable disposition.
Willing to work 6 days a week (Mon Fri, work from office, Sat Work from home)
