Job Description

Are you detail-oriented, organized, and passionate about supporting logistics operations

As a Logistics Administrator, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth warehouse and distribution operations by managing logistics documentation, inventory records, operational reporting, and coordination with cross-functional teams.

What You'll Do

  • Manage logistics and operational documentation, including invoices, delivery records, and inventory reports.
  • Support inventory monitoring, stock movement tracking, and warehouse administration activities.
  • Process and maintain accurate operational data within internal systems.
  • Coordinate with Warehouse, Sales, Finance, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Prepare regular reports related to inventory, logistics performance, and operational activities.
  • Support order processing, returns management, and stock replenishment activities.
  • Ensure accurate record keeping and compliance with administrative procedures.

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum SPM, Diploma, or equivalent qualification.
  • Experience in logistics, warehouse administration, inventory management, or related roles is an advantage.
  • Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Comfortable working with data, reports, and administrative processes.
  • Responsible, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
