As a Logistics Administrator, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth warehouse and distribution operations by managing logistics documentation, inventory records, operational reporting, and coordination with cross-functional teams.
What You'll Do
- Manage logistics and operational documentation, including invoices, delivery records, and inventory reports.
- Support inventory monitoring, stock movement tracking, and warehouse administration activities.
- Process and maintain accurate operational data within internal systems.
- Coordinate with Warehouse, Sales, Finance, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Prepare regular reports related to inventory, logistics performance, and operational activities.
- Support order processing, returns management, and stock replenishment activities.
- Ensure accurate record keeping and compliance with administrative procedures.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum SPM, Diploma, or equivalent qualification.
- Experience in logistics, warehouse administration, inventory management, or related roles is an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications.
- Comfortable working with data, reports, and administrative processes.
- Responsible, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
