The impact you'll make
- Oversees the warehouse operations from Inbound to outbound and address the roadblocks in timely manner through Quick base ticketing system.
- Areas of responsibilities include Global Logistics services, Transportation, warehouse operations, inventory control, critical parts availability, material handling, third-party warehousing, and shipping/receiving activities.
- Develop and implement plans to expand the CSR Program to regional warehouses & depot.
- Able to communicate with personnel both inside and outside the warehouse environment and drive the change.
- Interacts with peers in supply chain, Logistics, Manufacturing, and finance to address the concerns.
What You'll Do
The selected candidate will work as the Global Logistics representative, acting as an extension of Regional Logistics. The Logistics Analyst will be the point of contact for all Asia Warehouse customer service ticketing system management.
- The individual will be responsible for managing the end-to-end warehouse ticketing system (QuickBase, MS Power apps etc.)
- Individuals should possess good training skills & should train the end users on the tool to avoid errors in ticketing.
- Should have good working experience in collaborating with the cross functional teams in manufacturing environment and act as bridge between warehouse team and issue requestors or vice versa.
- Daily Interactions with Asia warehouse operations team and ensure all tickets are resolved timely manner
- Attend daily program meetings or status update related to the open tickets, any roadblocks and close looping with requestors and warehouse personnel.
- Should be able to manage the escalations from the users from cross functional teams.
- Good understanding in data analysis & reporting within logistics operations.
- Timely review the process/training documents (eDMS) related to Logistics operations and revisit or revise as needed.
- Lam Logistics CSR mailbox management: response and resolution management
- Monitoring warehouse activities (enforcing job responsibilities)
- Dashboard Monitoring
- Aging tickets
- Tickets not assigned by warehouse
- Warehouse or Requestor not answering info required tickets
- Escalation monitoring by Requestors and/or Warehouse escalations
- Continuous improvement of ticketing system performance based on user feedback/periodic survey.
- Should be able to handle independently.
- Attending monthly and quarterly business meetings and presenting status updates on the program.
Who We're Looking For
- Minimum of 8-10 years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in managing end to end warehouse operations (Goods receipt, Put Away, Pick, Pack, MRB, Variance, Inventory and Shipping process)
- Experience in working with SAP WMS and ASRS
- Excellent communication skills (written & verbal)
- Knowledge of the 8D problem solving method & Knowledge of Lean/Sig Sigma.
- Experience with completing process improvement projects in a warehouse or manufacturing environment that increases efficiency and reduces errors.
