Job Description

Job Responsibility

Understand and support the process of import and export shipments.
Liaise with freight forwarders and transport providers for sea, air, and land arrangements.
Manage shipment bookings upon receiving orders from relevant departments.
Prepare and upload shipping documents correctly and within the required timeline.
Input delivery and booking details into internal systems.
Coordinate haulage dispatch schedules and communicate with drivers.
Track container status and monitor Estimated Time of Departure (ETD) and Arrival (ETA).

Job Requirements

Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Degree in related field (Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Admin, etc.).
Experience in logistics or freight handling is an advantage.
Proficient in Mandarin and English (spoken and written).
Able to multitask and meet deadlines.
Must be proactive and have good attention to detail.
