Job Description

Working Hour: Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm

Lunch hour: 12.00-1.30pm

Work location: Kota Kinabalu

Job Description

-Support prepare document for related government department.

-SAP updated data for stock control.

-Administer of Import/Export document for the machines, parts, and tooling, etc. (check detail in shipping document; price, packing list, goods descriptions, marking and B/L)

-Coordinate and communicate to Oversea customer, agent, Shipping line agent, customs broker and Internal team.

-Coordinate with local vendors in preparing vehicles for transporting the machines, parts, and tooling, etc. to site (study packing dimension, suitability of containers, weight, road, distance, location, etc.)

-Maintain updated records of customer's shipment orders up to date.

Job Requirement

-Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Business, Logistics or related field.

-Well Organized and able to work under pressure and time constraint.

-Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work effectively.

-Problem solving skill.

-Good collaborations and teamwork.

-Very good computer literacy skills; MS office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and e-mail communication.

-Mandarin communication is a MUST to communicate with HQ China Headquarters
