Key Responsibilities:
In this role, you will ensure the accuracy and reliability of logistic & financial data, supporting sound decision-making. Your responsibilities will include:
- Reviewing and verifying data entries to ensure consistency and compliance
- Maintaining traceability of logistics data across the supply chain.
- Identifying and resolving discrepancies in logistics data.
- Generating and analyzing logistics reports to support decision-making.
- Collaborating with logistics and operations teams to streamline processes.
- Ensuring proper documentation for audits and regulatory compliance.
- Validating and reviewing financial entries for accuracy and adherence to company policies.
- Reconciling discrepancies in financial transactions and data.
- Preparing detailed financial reports and summaries for management.
- Ensuring traceability of financial data to meet audit requirements.
- Collaborating with the finance team to improve data accuracy and reporting processes.
- Maintaining comprehensive documentation for financial audits and compliance.
Requirements:
- A Bachelors degree in a relevant field: Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related disciplines.
- Proficiency in Autocount software is highly preferred.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and analytical abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Prior experience in logistics, finance, or data management is an advantage.
