About the Role
Volvo Malaysia is seeking enthusiastic and driven students from Logistics, Operations, or related fields to join our Logistics team. This internship offers hands-on experience in logistics operations, documentation, and exposure to the heavy commercial vehicle industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing quotations and handling immigration-related processes.
- Gain hands-on experience in managing logistics operations.
- Support promotional activities, advertising, and sales efforts for trucks.
- Monitor and maintain the fleet of trucks to ensure operational readiness.
- Assist in preparing and maintaining transportation and customs documentation.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Operations, or other related fields.
- Competency in project management is an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of the automotive or heavy commercial vehicle industry is preferred.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to work independently or in a team.
