Logistics & Inventory Coordinator (Japanese specker)

Responsible for shipment operations, product ordering, inventory control, and communication with headquarters. Managed and operated a warehouse handling approximately 1,500 SKUs, ensuring efficient and streamlined logistics operations.

In our logistics department, you will be responsible for warehouse and logistics management, including:

1. Warehouse Management: Inventory optimization, inbound/outbound control, and process improvement
2. Head Office Coordination: Product ordering, inventory adjustments, progress reporting, and consultations
3. External Communication: Liaising with customers and third-party logistics providers as a distributor
4. System Utilization: Use of Excel and internal inventory management systems
5. Team Management: Collaborating with Japanese supervisors and local staff to ensure smooth operations

MUST TO HAVE:

-Experience working in a logistics company, freight forwarder, or customs brokerage

-Hands-on experience in import and export operations

-Japanese proficiency sufficient to communicate with the Japan headquarters

-Experience handling over 1,000 SKUs in a previous role.
