About the Job
This role will lead the Logistics team, responsible for overseeing the company's logistics, fleet, and warehouse operations to ensure efficient daily distribution and inventory management. This role also manages international import and export shipments, coordinating with internal teams and third-party logistics providers to ensure timely deliver, proper documentation, and smooth global transportation processes.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate the company's fleet of lorries and drivers to ensure efficient daily logistics operations
- Plan, schedule, and monitor delivery activities to ensure timely dispatch and on-time delivery
- Oversee warehouse operations, including inventory control, stock accuracy, and proper storage management
- Coordinate closely with production and sales teams to ensure smooth operational workflow and order fulfilment
- Manage international export shipments and ensure proper handling, packaging, and documentation to prevent product damage during overseas transportation
- Liaise and coordinate with appointed third-party logistics (3PL) service providers for international shipments and freight arrangements
- Monitor logistics costs and optimize delivery routes and processes to improve efficiency and cost effectiveness
- Resolve logistics and operational issues promptly while implementing continuous process improvements
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Logistics/Business Administration or related field
- Proven experience in logistics operations, including international export logistics
- Experience coordinating with 3PL providers for overseas shipments and freight forwarding
- Good understanding of export procedures, shipping documentation, and international logistics processes
- Strong planning, coordination, and problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of supply chain processes, inventory control, and warehouse management
- Hands-on, responsible, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication and leadership skills
