Logistics Manager (APAC)

Job Description:

1. Logistics Operations Management: Establish operational mechanisms for relatively mature logistics businesses, and scientifically design baseline targets for logistics costs, cycle times, and quality. For major unexpected issues and events (including pandemics, wars, etc.), be able to quickly provide solutions and recommendations, and organize resources to promptly close the loop.

2. Logistics Cooperation Strategy Management: Lead the effective assessment of suppliers capabilities and risks, and participate in the formulation of business cooperation strategies and the management of the bidding process for cooperative resources.

3. Logistics Business Planning and Design: Align with 2C industry practices and integrate business characteristics to lead the design of comprehensive solutions for single-warehouse distribution. Lead the design of end-to-end logistics solutions for new scenarios and new business models, and adapt and implement them according to the actual environment and scenarios of the business.

4. Logistics Physical Safety Compliance and Regional Logistics Continuity Management Capability (including inventory accuracy, safety, internal control, continuity, etc.). Adapt and optimize logistics processes based on regional logistics business needs, uphold business red lines, and ensure the compliant and continuous operation of regional logistics business.

5. Customs business planning capability, risk insight capability, and coordination and response capability for customs audits and inspections.

6. Responsible for enhancing regional logistics capabilities and assisting the country in building efficient and professional logistics operational capabilities.

7. E-commerce Logistics: Align with the development of regional e-commerce business, continuously improve the competitiveness of regional e-commerce delivery, optimize delivery timeliness and customer experience, and ensure effective regional e-commerce delivery operations.

Job Requirement:

1. Educational background: Bachelor's degree or above in supply chain or logistics-related major;

2. Work experience: More than 5 years of work experience in logistics-related fields, with preference given to those with experience in the 3C electronics industry or e-commerce logistics;

3. Possess data analysis and summarization skills, and be sensitive to numbers;

4. Have good external communication and interpersonal skills;

5. Possess a certain degree of stress tolerance and be responsible for work;

6. Proficient in using data analysis tools and Microsoft Office software;

7. Proficient in listening, speaking, reading, and writing in both English & Chinese
