Job Description

Job Requirements:

At least 3 years of warehouse and logistics-related working experience in a manufacturing environment at managerial level.
Pro-active, detail-oriented, and energetic with knowledge and experience in shipping and customs procedure are advantageous.
A leader, team player, critical thinker, and problem solver.
Must possess strong diplomacy and problem-solving skills and be able to communicate at all levels (customer, executive, management).
Strong supervisory, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills are required.
Candidate must be able to work at Senai, Johor area.

Job Responsibilities:

Managing and tracking of inventories for raw materials and finished goods.
Identify of continuous improvement at warehouse and logistics areas in order to reach short term and long-term goal.
Coordinating and liaise with related departments on daily related activities.
Identify and resolving day-to-day issues arises and escalate to top management when necessary.
Fully in charge for raw materials & finished goods from incoming until outgoing process.
Ensure safety, security and environmental procedures are strictly followed and always in place.
Always up to date on customs regulations and how an international export and import service provider with compliance.
