Warehouse Executive

Job Responsibilities

• Overseeing inventory control systems to track stock levels and prevent shortage or overstocks
• Implementing inventory optimization techniques to reduce holding costs and improve turnover rates
• Conducting regular inventory audits to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies
• Managing warehouse layout and space utilization to maximize efficiency
• Supervising warehouse staff, including receiving, picking, packing and kitting
• Implementing and monitoring warehouse safety procedures to minimize accidents and injuries
• Monitoring warehouse expenses, such as labor, utilities and equipment maintenance
• Identifying cost saving opportunities and implementing measure to reduce operational cost.
• Determine the specific kits required, the quantity of each kit and the components to be included
• Gather the necessary components and ensure they are in good conditio
• Assembly, packing the kits in appropriate container, labeling them clearly. Inspect the kits to verify accuracy and completeness

• Logistic Executive Job Responsibilities
• Tracks, traces and updates the status of outgoing shipment
• Liaising with shipping agents and forwarders to ensure accuracy in documentations
• Prepare shipping labels according to customer request and requirement
• Prepare invoice, packing list for local and export shipment
• To ensure the smooth flow of custom declaration of export goods of the company
• Follow up closely with production to ensure shipment on time
• Able to handle issues arising in shipping or inventory handling
• Prepare weekly reports for management review
• Support any other duties as required in the department
