Responsibilities

Job Overview

  • To attend to any enquiry from customers, suppliers and vendors, and provide feedback within a reasonable time frame with a satisfactory reply.
  • To execute requests from customers, suppliers and vendors according to established processes and procedures.
  • To accept any job responsibilities that may be assigned by management from time to time.

Job Responsibilities

  • To prepare and generate daily and weekly inventory reports for customers.
  • To disseminate updated information from customers, suppliers and vendors to warehouse operations timely and accurately.
  • To email and follow up phone calls to update customers, suppliers and vendors on the latest developments regarding hub operation-related issues.
  • To coordinate with customers on urgent or exception pulls and work with the operations team to deliver goods on time.
  • To review and troubleshoot the audit trail report for any inventory discrepancies.
  • To perform system updates timely and accurately on any request from customers, suppliers and vendors for on-hold parts in WMS and ensure the parts are segregated with proper labels at the ON HOLD staging area.
  • To notify customers, suppliers and vendors on shipment discrepancies via email and follow up by phone call, if any subsequent follow-up is needed.
  • To respond to customer or related parties emails promptly.
  • To coordinate rework or screening activities as per supplier or customer requirements.
  • To prepare RMA shipments as per supplier or customer requirements.

Qualifications

  • Diploma in Logistics and Supply Chain Management
  • Minimum two years of work experience in the logistics and transportation industry
  • Knowledge of warehouse management systems would be an advantage
  • SPM with five years of experience in the logistics and transportation industry
  • Service-oriented with good interpersonal and communication skills
