Responsibilities

Job Overview

  • To attend to any enquiry from Customers, Suppliers and Vendors, and provide a satisfactory reply within a reasonable time frame.
  • To execute requests from Customers, Suppliers and Vendors according to established processes and procedures.
  • To accept any job responsibilities that may be assigned by the management from time to time.

Job Responsibilities

  • Prepare and generate daily and weekly inventory reports for the customer.
  • Disseminate updated information from Customer, Supplier, and Vendor to warehouse operations in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Email and follow up with phone calls to update Customer, Supplier, and Vendor on the latest developments regarding hub operation-related issues.
  • Coordinate with Customer on urgent or exception pulls and work with the operations team to deliver the goods on time.
  • Review and troubleshoot the audit trail report for any inventory discrepancies.
  • Perform timely and accurate system updates for any requests from Customer, Supplier, and Vendors regarding ON-HOLD parts in WMS, and ensure the parts are segregated with proper labels at the ON HOLD staging area.
  • Notify Customer, Supplier, and Vendors of shipment discrepancies via email and follow up with a phone call if necessary.
  • Respond to emails from customers or related parties promptly.
  • Coordinate rework/screening activities as per Supplier/Customer requirements.
  • Prepare RMA shipments as per Supplier/Customer requirements.

Qualifications

  • Diploma in Logistics and Supply Chain Management.
  • Minimum two (2) years work experience in the logistics and transportation industry.
  • Knowledge of warehouse management system would be an advantage.
  • SPM with 5 years of experience in logistics and transportation industry.
  • Service-oriented, with good interpersonal and communication skills.
