Logistics Operation

-Liaise with 3rd party logistic company, plan the shipment, accurately manage stock inventory

-Supervise daily activities of the whole warehouse, such as optimizing the process/minimizing the overtime, quality assurance, space management, logistics, floor productivity, shipping, and customer service

-Inspect equipment/tools/machinery regularly, and oversee general maintenance

-Review, analyse, and develop action plans for productivity and quality control improvement in collaboration with leaders and Japan HQ

-Other ad hoc assignments assigned by the superior from time to time.

MUST TO HAVE:

-Min 35 years onsite working experience in warehousing operation

-Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and Power point

-Familiarity with shipping documentation

-Min Diploma in Business/Warehousing/Logistic/ Supply Chain or any other related field
