What you'll be doing
- Gathering and analyzing data related to logistics performance to identify trends, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement.
- Creating key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of process changes.
- Collaborating with other to ensure seamless integration and coordination of logistics processes.
- Working closely with management team to communicate process improvements, results, and future strategies in order to support and drive projects related to warehouse efficiency & sustainability.
- Leading training sessions for staff on best practices and process improvement techniques.
- Mentoring team members to build a culture of continuous improvement across the organization
- Identifying opportunities for cost reduction without compromising quality or customer satisfaction
What we're looking for
- Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain or other relevant fields.
- Computer literate in Microsoft Office application
- Knowledge in SAP & IBP system
- Good analytical skills
- Resourceful, independent with initiative
- Proactive, committed and a good team player
- Effective time management
- Possess good interpersonal and pleasant personality
- Good verbal and written English communication skill
