This role will be taking ownership of logistics and warehouse operations by enhancing supply chain efficiency, driving continuous improvement, and ensuring seamless material flow to support business success and customer satisfaction. Working Location: Ayer Keroh, Malacca
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage daily logistics and warehouse operations to ensure smooth workflow and on-time delivery.
- Monitor and improve logistics and warehouse performance through continuous improvement initiatives.
- Optimize inventory and material flow to support business needs and improve efficiency.
- Work closely with internal teams and suppliers to ensure timely material availability and delivery.
- Ensure compliance with import/export regulations and lead the logistics and warehouse team to achieve operational goals.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration or related field.
- Min 5 years of experience in logistics and warehouse operations.
- Strong knowledge of LMW and IPC license compliance.
- Familiarity with 5S methodology, and continuous improvement practices.
- Good analytical, problem-solving and communication skills
- Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
