Outdoor Sales Executive (International Logistics & Transport)

As part of our regional expansion, we are looking for dynamic, self-driven Outdoor Sales Executives to join our team across Asia.

As an Outdoor Sales Executive, you will be on the front line of our growth strategy. Your goal: to identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities in international logistics and transport.

• Identify and approach potential clients in your market (importers/exporters, manufacturers, trading companies, etc.).
• Understand client needs and propose tailored logistics solutions.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate terms, and secure new accounts.
• Maintain long-term relationships with customers and key decision-makers.
• Work closely with our operations and pricing teams to ensure service excellence.
• Achieve and exceed monthly and yearly sales targets.

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B sales within the freight forwarding, shipping, or logistics industry.
• Proven track record of new business development and account acquisition.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong understanding of import/export procedures and international trade.
• Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently.
• Proficient/ Fluent English is a plus (additional local language is an advantage).
• Open for applicants who are based in Malaysia, Indonesia, Singapore, and Shanghai, China.
