Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Logistics Planner, based in WP. Kuala Lumpur. The Logistics Planner will be responsible for optimizing transportation and logistics operations by planning routes, managing schedules, coordinating shipments, and ensuring timely and cost-effective deliveries. Key tasks include analyzing data to improve logistics strategies, maintaining communication with carriers, managing supply chain processes, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and company guidelines.

Qualifications

  • Experience in logistics planning, supply chain management, and transportation coordination
  • Proficiency in data analysis, forecasting, and optimization solutions
  • Knowledge of regulatory compliance, customs clearance, and trade compliance
  • Strong problem-solving, organizational, and time-management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities to liaise effectively with internal teams, carriers, and customers
  • Proficiency in logistics software and tools, as well as Microsoft Office Suite applications
  • Ability to work on-site in WP. Kuala Lumpur and collaborate in a team environment
  • Relevant bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Prior experience in contract logistics or port-centric operations is a plus
