About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Logistics Specialist to join our team! In this role, you will be the key player in managing our end-to-end logistics operations. You'll ensure the smooth and efficient flow of goods by coordinating with customs brokers, carriers, and internal teams. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily customs clearance, inspections, and handle logistics exceptions with brokers and carriers.
- Ensure full compliance by preparing import/export documents and licenses.
- Operate and maintain LMW systems, submit reports, and support audits.
- Monitor customs regulations, identify risks, and maintain good communication with authorities.
- Prepare and submit documents for Certificates of Origin.
- Plan cost-effective shipping solutions and coordinate shipments.
- Select and manage logistics suppliers, verify costs, and process payments.
- Oversee daily warehouse operations and staff.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in International Trade, Logistics, or related field.
- 3+ years of import/export logistics experience. LMW experience is a plus.
- Professional English proficiency (working language); Mandarin communication skills to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
- Knowledge of customs classification, origin rules, and trade documentation.
- Detail-oriented, strong communication skills, and able to work under pressure.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
