Job Description
The SMB LT team will manage and grow a large portfolio of non-key accounts to drive activation, transaction volume, GMV/revenue, and campaign participation. You will take a high-touch, outreach-driven approach, engaging merchants individually at scale to improve performance and sustain growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow a portfolio of large merchants on the SPF platform
- Analyze merchant data and segment accounts to identify business opportunities and action plans
- Achieve monthly KPI targets through co-funded campaigns and promotional initiatives, with commission incentives tied to performance.
- Support merchants with onboarding, including menu setup, pricing, operations guidance, and order management, until they are consistently transacting.
- Continuously monitor merchant performance and proactively engage merchants to drive sustained growth.
Requirements
- Positive, can-do attitude with strong eagerness to learn; coachable, resilient, and target-driven.
- Degree (any field). Business, Commerce, or Marketing is a plus.
- Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1–2 years of experience are welcome
- Strong communication skills — friendly, clear, and confident when speaking with merchants.
- Excellent command of English (required); ability to converse in Bahasa Melayu and/or Mandarin is a strong advantage to engage with a diverse merchant base.
- Good basic business analytics and problem-solving skills.
- Organized and detail-oriented, with discipline in updating tracking sheets/CRM and managing follow-ups consistently.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
