Key Responsibilities:
Strategy & Performance
- Develop and lead data-driven loyalty and partnership strategies to drive sustainable business growth and member engagement.
- Analyse campaign and loyalty performance, customer behaviour, and engagement trends to identify optimisation opportunities and growth insights.
- Track ROI, member participation, and business impact of loyalty and partnership initiatives.
- Support long-term member growth planning, strategic initiatives, and cross-functional projects.
Loyalty, Membership & Member Engagement
- Lead and optimise membership programmes, tier benefits, loyalty initiatives, and member engagement strategies to drive retention, purchase frequency, and customer lifetime value.
- Plan and execute loyalty campaigns, experiential activations, member-exclusive initiatives, and community engagement programmes across app and offline touchpoints.
- Collaborate closely with CRM and campaign teams to align loyalty mechanics with customer lifecycle, acquisition, retention, and growth strategies.
- Monitor programme and campaign performance, analyse customer insights and behavioural trends, and recommend optimisation strategies to improve member engagement and business performance.
- Drive initiatives that strengthen emotional connection, brand affinity, and long-term loyalty among members.
Partnerships & Collaborations
- Identify, evaluate, and manage strategic partnerships aligned with brand and business objectives.
- Work with external partners on collaborations, co-marketing initiatives, and member benefit programmes.
- Manage end-to-end partnership execution, including planning, coordination, and performance tracking.
Requirements:
- 5-8 years of experience in loyalty, campaigns, partnerships, growth marketing, or related fields.
- Strategic thinker with strong execution capabilities.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and cross-functional environment.
- Experience in digital, ecommerce, retail, F&B, or consumer brands is a plus.
