Job Description

This role is responsible for driving the business development and profitability of the parts and lubricant business by managing pricing, sales strategies, customer relationships, inventory, and team performance. The position works closely with principals and customers to grow market share while ensuring efficient operations and strong cash flow.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead business development for parts/lubricant products and manage relationships with customers and principals
  • Oversee product pricing, ordering, and negotiate targets to maximize profit margins
  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and develop effective sales strategies
  • Manage sales forecasting, inventory levels, and timely supply to meet customer demand
  • Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve targets and overall profitability
  • Manage credit control, collections, and cash flow improvement
  • Prepare monthly reports, support budget planning, credit limits, and incentive targets
  • Drive sales and marketing initiatives to grow the lubricant business and penetrate new market segments
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management
