Represent an luxury fashion brand at Seibu with style expertise, strong fashion sense, and confidence in building and managing your own clientele.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service by offering personalized styling advice and in-depth knowledge of the brands luxury fashion collections.
- Build strong client relationships through consistent follow-up, after-sales service, and tailored shopping experiences.
- Confidently develop and maintain your own client portfolio, including VIP clientele, to drive personal and store sales.
- Maintain impeccable visual merchandising standards in line with the brands image and seasonal guidelines.
- Support stock handling, replenishment, and coordination of store inventory to ensure product availability and presentation.
- Represent the brand with professionalism and elegance, maintaining a polished appearance and embodying the companys values.
Requirements:
- Minimum 12 years of experience in luxury retail or premium fashion sales.
- Passionate about fashion with strong styling skills and knowledge of luxury customer expectations.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Well-groomed, polished, and confident in engaging with high-profile clientele.
- Able to work retail shifts, including weekends and public holidays, on a rotational basis.
- Proactive, sales-driven, and confident in growing and managing a personal client base.
