Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTIONS:-

  • Execute Corporate Advisory and M&A transactions, including M&A, Joint Ventures, and strategic partnerships.
  • Support deal origination and business development with internal stakeholders.
  • Advise clients on transaction structuring, valuation, and strategic options.
  • Manage end-to-end deal execution, including due diligence, financial analysis, and documentation.
  • Prepare client materials and coordinate with clients, investors, advisors, and internal teams.

Job Requirements


  • Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related field; CFA/CPA is an added advantage.
  • 6- 10 years of experience in Corporate Finance, M&A Advisory, Investment Banking, or related areas.
  • Strong knowledge of M&A transactions, deal structuring, financial analysis, and cross-border transactions.
  • Proven transaction execution, stakeholder management, and financial modelling/presentation skills with strong analytical capabilities.
