Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented M&A Junior Associate to support the execution of mergers and acquisitions transactions. This role offers hands-on exposure to all aspects of the M&A lifecycle and is ideal for candidates with a strong foundation in accounting or audit and an interest in corporate finance.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in managing end-to-end M&A transactions
• Prepare Information Memorandums and other marketing materials
• Conduct company valuations and financial analysis
• Perform buyer research and outreach support
• Analyze financial and operational data
• Support vendor due diligence processes
• Assist in the drafting and negotiation of transaction agreements

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 12 years of relevant experience (audit, accounting, or corporate finance preferred)
• Strong analytical, financial, and accounting skills
• Basic understanding of Mergers & Acquisitions processes
• Excellent organizational and project management abilities
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment
