M&E FACILITIES ENGINEER
Location: Petaling Jaya/Klang, Selangor | Integrated Facilities Management
MST Facilities Sdn Bhd is looking for an experienced
M&E Facilities Engineer to support the technical management of a major IFM contract covering advanced automated and multi-tenanted warehouse facilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and monitor M&E maintenance activities across the facilities.
- Oversee HVAC, electrical, mechanical, fire protection, plumbing and related building systems.
- Plan and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance programmes.
- Review equipment condition, maintenance reports and technical findings.
- Coordinate specialist contractors and service providers.
- Troubleshoot recurring M&E problems and recommend corrective actions.
- Monitor work orders, PM compliance, SLA/KPI performance and outstanding works.
- Support equipment reliability, energy efficiency and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Prepare technical reports, quotations and improvement proposals.
- Support emergency response and major maintenance activities.
- Ensure works comply with approved SOPs, HSE and statutory requirements.
Requirements
- Degree/Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, Building Services or related discipline.
- Minimum 3–5 years relevant M&E/facilities experience.
- Strong understanding of HVAC, mechanical and electrical systems.
- Experience in industrial, warehouse, logistics, manufacturing, semiconductor or MNC facilities is preferred.
- Good technical troubleshooting and contractor management skills.
- Strong communication, coordination and reporting abilities.
- Relevant technical competency certification is an advantage.
