M&E Project Engineer

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an M&E Project Engineer at WBL Perunding Sdn Bhd in Petaling Jaya. The M&E Project Engineer will be responsible for various day-to-day tasks related to mechanical and electrical works in construction projects. The role requires expertise in building services and mechanical or electrical engineering.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Required languages: English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Computer literacy is required, and knowledge of AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and any other mechanical or electrical design software is an added advantage.
• Preferably minimum 2 years of working experience in Building Construction Consultancy Works.
• Strong organizational and communication skills, good attitude, self-motivated, dynamic and ambitious.
• Strong problem-solving and project management skills.
• Ability to work under stress and strict timelines.
• Candidate must possess a vehicle and be willing to travel.

Responsibilities (includes but not limited to)

• Involve in project execution and implementation.
• Verifying all drawings/information/reports.
• Liaison with the design team for design development.
• Attending meetings.
• Liaison with local authorities.
• Coordinating M&E systems.
• Checking and optimizing M&E systems.
• Preparing M&E cost plans, etc.
