Site Supervision & Quality: Monitor daily M&E installation works (ACMV, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Protection, ELV). Ensure all execution adheres to safety, QA/QC standards, approved drawings, and project schedules.
Testing & Handover: Coordinate and supervise all M&E testing, commissioning, authority inspections, and final handover processes.
Technical Integration: Review shop drawings, method statements, and material submissions. Coordinate with structural, civil, and architectural teams to eliminate clashes and technical delays.
Authority & Stakeholder Liaison: Work closely with consultants, contractors, and relevant Malaysian statutory bodies including BOMBA, Suruhanjaya Tenaga (ST), SPAN, TNB, and local authorities for full UBBL compliance.
Education: Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, M&E, or Building Services Engineering.
Experience: Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in building construction or property development, with a proven track record in mid-to-large-scale developments.
Technical Knowledge: Strong background in ACMV, fire protection, electrical, ELV systems, and Malaysian statutory approval processes.
Software: Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Project, and MS Office. Knowledge of BIM (Revit/Navisworks) is a strong advantage.
Soft Skills: Strong site leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills to manage consultants and contractors independently.
Base: Must be based in or willing to relocate to Penang, with readiness to work on-site.
