About the Role
Monitor, operate, and maintain all M&E systems within the data center, including HVAC, electrical distribution, UPS, generators, and fire protection systems.
Responsibilities
- Assist in planning, executing, and documenting preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
- Diagnose and respond to technical issues, ensuring minimal downtime and adherence to service-level requirements.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal teams on repair works, system upgrades, and facility improvements.
- Ensure full compliance with safety regulations, operational SOPs, and applicable industry standards.
- Prepare technical reports, maintenance logs, incident summaries, and related documentation.
Qualifications
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years and up to 5 years of relevant experience in M&E operations, building services, or data center facility management.
Requirement
- Familiarity with critical systems (HVAC, UPS, power distribution, etc.) is highly advantageous.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, mission-critical environment.
- Open to 1+1 Year contract
